Returns & Refunds – We’ve Got Your Back (and Your Style)

We get it — sometimes a look just doesn’t hit the way you imagined. No stress! We’ve made our return process easy, quick, and style-saver approved.

Can I Return Something?

Absolutely — as long as it’s:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached
  • Returned within 14 days of delivery
  • In original packaging (because details matter!)

We don’t accept returns on:

  • Sale or clearance items (these are final sale)
  • Accessories, undergarments, or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

How Do I Get My Refund?

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method.
  • You’ll get an email confirmation once your refund is on its way.
     (Heads up: your bank may take a few days to reflect it.)

How Do I Send It Back?

Easy peasy:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the item you’d like to return.
  2. We’ll send you a return shipping label (if applicable) or return instructions.
  3. Pack it up, drop it off, and strut on — we’ll take it from there!

Return shipping fees:

  • Free returns? Sometimes! If the return is due to our error (wrong item or defect), we’ll cover it.
  • Otherwise, a small return shipping fee may apply.

Exchanges?

Looking for a different size or color? We recommend:

  1. Returning the original item for a refund
  2. Placing a new order for the item you want (so it doesn’t sell out while we process your return)

My Item Was Damaged or Wrong — Help!

Oh no! We hate when that happens. Please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your item with:

  • A clear photo of the issue
  • Your order number

We’ll fix it fast — replacement, refund, or a solution that works best for you.
